First, you will never see a bill from Dovetail Networks. All invoices will be sent to you directly by the carriers and providers we help you select for your telecom/technology needs. We get paid by the carriers much like they would pay one of their own direct sales reps. If we place the order for you, your costs will not be higher working with us. In fact, we often times will be able to negotiate better terms and pricing. With our, "Carriers Complete" process, we are always trying to get you the best deal possible. And since we only get paid when you pay your monthly bill to the carrier, we are invested in making sure you are happy long into the future.

Our advice is to always immediately call the carrier directly for all billing or technical issues since you are the customer contact of record. We will have set you up with the best way to contact them for any service and billing issues. We then ask that you make sure to get a service/repair ticket number from the carrier/provider during your contact with them. Then after that initial contact, please notify us right away and provide to us the repair/service ticket number. Once we have that information, and have discussed the issue with you, we will work on your behalf, at not charge, to help you resolve your issue as soon as possible.
